When will my order ship?
Zobel Family Farms ships once a week on Mondays every week, unless notified. We will also ship on Tuesdays depending on the volume of orders.
Note: Our products can only be shipped within the continental United States. We do not ship internationally.
How to order for Pickup?
If you are picking up your order at the specified locations & dates, please choose "Pickup" at checkout we will contact you. You can also contact us directly to coordinate a date & time.

What should my products feel like?
Your products should be frozen, partially frozen, or cool to the touch when you open the package. Partially thawed products can be re-frozen. Zobel Family Farms provides suggested cooking instructions with our perishable products. It is the responsibility of the consumer to follow all health and safety guidelines when thawing and handling products.
How should I unpack my order?
Packages may contain partially-dissipated dry ice. This is common in the shipping process. Avoid touching any remaining dry ice with bare skin.
You may leave dry ice inside the cooler to evaporate or use gloves to remove and dispose of the ice in a well-ventilated outdoor location, safely away from children and pets.
Our premium products are individually vacuum-sealed, packaged in our beautiful white boxes, surrounded by enough dry ice and insulators to keep meat at the desired temperature during transit.
Zobel Family Farms strives to provide prompt delivery of our products. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing time in addition to the shipping transit times. We charge a calculated rate per shipping address. Packages are shipped via ground services (1-4 day transit), 3-Day Select is available for 4 day shipping zones ONLY.
