Enjoy this easy, yummy Ground Beef Vegetable Soup on National Soup Day!
Ingredients
- 1 lbs of Ground Beef
- 1 Onion (Diced)
- 2 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
- 2 Potatoes (Peeled and Diced)
- 3 1/2 Cups of Beef Broth
- 2 Cans of Diced Tomatoes with Juice
- Condensed Tomato Soup
- 2 tsp. of Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- Add Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 3 Cups of vegetables (fresh or frozen)
Directions
- Brown the ground beef, garlic, and onion until fully browned. Drain any fat.
- Add potatoes, broth, tomatoes, tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, and the seasonings. Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes
- Stir in vegetables. Simmer 15 - 20 Minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
